The purpose of the Vocational Training for Employment in the workplace system is to promote and carry out training that contributes to the personal and professional development of working people (employed and unemployed), improving their employability and promotion at work.
Includes different initiatives and training programs that are developed within the framework of the National Employment System, through the State Public Employment Service and the Public Employment Services of the Autonomous Communities.
Within the framework of these initiatives, INESCOP regularly offers, through the different LABORA calls, free open courses, aimed at both unemployed people and workers at companies in the Valencian Community.
Our objective with carrying out these training actions is to contribute to the recycling of skills and technical competences of human resources in the footwear sector. This recycling is aimed both at active people, helping to maintain their professional careers, and at unemployed workers, helping to provide them with new opportunities in the sector.
In addition, these courses are subsidized by LABORA – Generalitat Valenciana, so that will not incur any cost for you.
