How can I enroll in a course?

If the course has an open call, by clicking on the pre-registration button you can fill in your data and register.

If the course does not yet have an open call and the registration button is not activated, you can send us your interest in the course by completing the More information form that appears in each of the course files.

What is the method of payment for the courses?

By bank transfer or by credit card.

Can a course be cancelled?

INESCOP reserves the right to modify the date of a course or to cancel it due to force majeure. In case of cancellation, those registered for the call will be notified as far in advance as possible by email. In the case of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded, in the case of postponement, the option of maintaining the place reservation will be given.

Can I cancel a registration to a course?

If possible, always bearing in mind that the request to enroll in a course is also a commitment to pay the registration fee for reserving a place in the course. Non-members of INESCOP must pay the registration fee in advance of the start date of the course. Cancellations with the right to a refund or cancellation of the payment commitment are admitted as long as they are notified in writing to INESCOP at least 5 days before the start date of the course.

¿Which is the quality policy of the training department of INESCOP?

According to INESCOP's statutes, one of INESCOP's objectives is to promote the continuous training of the staff of the footwear and components sector, by means of the organisation of courses, seminars or any other form of collaborative work. In general terms, INESCOP favours all actions aimed at improving technology, quality, standardisation and the development of the footwear and components sector.
Therefore, our quality policy in training must be based on the development and provision of services in accordance with good professional practice, safe, reliable, with high added value, committed to impartiality, confidentiality of the information and documentation used, with the greatest accessibility and efficiency, geared in any case towards meeting the needs of our clients and those of the regional, national or international education authorities.
With this in mind, INESCOP's management team assumes the following basic principles:
- Maintain, develop and continuously improve a Quality System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
- Maintain and upgrade the training equipment and facilities, and provide an optimal service through continuous monitoring of learning technologies and methodologies.
- Ensure that all staff who develop and participate in INESCOP's training activities are familiar with the quality documentation and properly implement the procedures related to their work.
- Develop training programmes that guarantee the updating of knowledge of professionals in the footwear and components sector and the incorporation of new generations.
- Fostering technical, organisational and methodological capacity, enhancing and improving the knowledge and competences of teachers and staff in charge of management and organisation.
- Remain a national and international benchmark for vocational training in the footwear and components sector.
It is the wish of INESCOP's management team that this Quality Policy be the basis for all future actions of the organisation in the area of training, as well as for the Quality Objectives defined.
