Doctor in Materials Engineering (Science and Technology of Materials) from the Miguel Hernández University and a degree in Chemistry from the University of Alicante, with more than 30 years of experience at INESCOP in the field of polymeric materials for footwear and more specifically in soles for footwear and its components.
In 1992 she started working in the Floor Materials department, as an R&D technician and since 2014 she has held the position of head of the department.
She was part of the INESCOP EPI professional footwear certification team, and I am an active member of the following related standardization committees: “Personal safety. Protective clothing and equipment. Footwear” (AEN/CTN 81/SC 1/GT 6), “Foot and leg protectors” (CEN/TC 161 WG1, WG2), “Foot protection” (ISO/TC 94/SC 3 WG1 and WG2). Finally, she also belongs to the ISO TC94 / SC14 standardization committee on “Firefighters' personal equipment”.
Within the Department of Floor Materials, I carry out various activities aimed at providing services to companies in the footwear sector, such as quality control, advice, training, preparation and execution of R&D projects in the regional, national and European spheres, organization and participation in conferences and seminars, and publication of technical-scientific articles and informative material.
I have a teaching experience of more than 300 hours, in different types of face-to-face and online courses organized by INESCOP.
