More than 20 years of experience in the development of CAD software in the advanced manufacturing area of INESCOP, developing applications focused on the footwear sector such as sole design, anatomical insoles, heels and uppers.
Experience in floor prototyping, additive manufacturing technology, and polygonal modeling technology and subdivision surfaces.
I have extensive experience as a researcher in European, national and regional projects, being the principal investigator in the year 2021 of the SUBSOLES II project: New polygonal modeling techniques using subdivision surfaces for the design of footwear parts and components.
I have experience in teaching footwear sole prototyping courses and in developments for additive manufacturing, both individually and in person, as well as with groups in person and remotely.
